Project 13. The focus is on speed and gesture drawing using no reference. By understanding the key proportions of the body, you create a personal wire frame of the skeleton and then you muscle up your figure. Remember more is best.

Draw a minimum of 150 figures, running, jumping, bending, sitting. In short put them to motion. Try as many different positions as possible. Use your skeleton frame and muscle up the features of the figure. Remember that the plum is attached to the center of the clavicle on the human body and will create a perfect 90 degree angle to the ground. Being in balance or out of balance depends on where the supports of the body, the legs are placed relative to that plum line.
